Classroom Pet Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in adopting a pet from North Star Rescue. This form is for individuals to use when they are interested in adopting a pet for a classroom, day care or other situation where the animal will be housed in an environment with many children. Please note that it can take longer to adopt an animal as a classroom pet from our rescue, we believe it is very important to ensure the best possible match in an animal that will be very tolerant of your situation, and this can mean it will take longer to find a match for your unique situation.
